Being a smaller communications provider, we focus very much on delivering quality service backed by renowned Customer care. Dealing with Firefly will be a breath of fresh air as you'll deal with people, not call centres.

Since 2002 our personal service has attracted business from varying sectors and sizes, from homeworkers, estate/letting agents, retail, manufacturing to automotive and property management companies with £200m in sales.

A personal word

In this day and age when your service and support is outsourced to foreign parts, it's good to know that there is still a provider that values you as a Customer and is driven by personal service. As such, I would like to offer you, as an existing customer or prospective customer, these few statements;

Our History

What do Facebook, Google, eBay, LinkedIn and Firefly all have in common ?

All were started as a home business ! That's right, back in 2002, Firefly was run from the spare rooms of our three directors.

Now...

...Firefly is trusted to provide and support communication services for businesses with the combined turnover of over £200m. To top that, the three directors have been friends since school, knowing each other for over 35 years.
